I am so excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! This is my 7th year as an assistant principal at West Springfield Middle School and I am more excited than ever to be a part of this school community.

I know that middle school can be a time of great change, but I also know that it can be a time of great opportunity. I am here to support you as you navigate this transition and to help you reach your full potential.

I believe that every student has something special to offer, and I am committed to creating a school environment where all students feel safe, supported, and challenged. I am looking forward to getting to know you all better this year. I know that we are going to have a great year together!

In 7th grade, you will be challenged academically, and you will also have the opportunity to explore your interests and talents. You will meet new people and make new friends. You will learn about the world around you and how to make a difference. Our exceptional staff are dedicated to your success and they are here to help you reach your full potential. 

I want you to set high goals for yourself, work hard, and persevere when you face challenges. I want to remind you to be yourself, to be kind to others, to have fun, and to embrace the incredible people and opportunities our learning community provides.
