The office of the Treasurer now has a database to serve as a notice to owners of checks issued by the Town of West Springfield which have not been cashed and are deemed abandoned.

Abandoned Property Claim Form

Forward the completed form to the following address:

All requests will be researched by the Collector Treasurer Division of the Finance Dept. of the Town of West Springfield.

Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
